See All ReviewsPlaced a to go order, picked up my food and noticed the burger was made wrong. Took it back in and the man behind the counter got loud and rude and tried to argue with me saying i told him wrong when i did not. Then was going to try make me pay for another burger due to their mistake. They did make it right. Burger was good but service was very unprofessional.
4pm on a Wednesday, nobody else in the place, ordered a double meat with cheese all the way with grilled onions. They made it quick, quicker than drive through fast food. The burger was perfect; the right texture, the right flavors, the right proportions. You know how every now and then you get that one “perfect bite” of something? I got that from Crow’s today.
The hamburgers were exceedingly "average," perhaps on par with a basic WhatAburger hamburger in size and quality. One might expect a little more since this isn't a fast food chain. The hamburger was very bland and only began to taste like, well, a hamburger after it was salted a little; even then, there wasn't much going on in terms of flavor. The fries were acceptable but again very average. None of this would be an issue if they weren't charging you the price of a "premium" meal that you might get at any other restaurant. (at a similar price point I could get a steak burger combo from Freddy's or a hamburger from Backporch.) The food was brought out within just a few minutes and was lukewarm so I must assume the patties were already cooked and were standing by to be used. All in all, I would say they're charging something like 13 dollars for a combo meal that's probably worth closer to 8. I won't be returning.
